Translation and Interpretation Department's Silver Screen Days

Eastern Mediterranean University, TRANSLATION AND INTERPRETATION DEPARTMENT'S SILVER SCREEN DAYS, which have been the department's long-established tradition under Senior Instructor Neslihan Hekimoğlu since 2008, is celebrating its 11th anniversary.

Screening of the movies translated by the senior students Fırat Dövme, Serhiye Elizabeth Savaşçı, Sinem Nur Kemeral, Ali Ören, Alpar Yeşilalan, Şeyda Buruk, Tuğçe Öksüzoğlu, İlke Sözdemir, Fulya Tilki, Yevginaya İbragimova, Batyr Karlyev, Esra Oylum and Seran Yenen of EMU, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Translation and Interpreting Department, will start on 25th December at the university's Mustafa Afşin Ersoy Hall.

In the event, together with short presentations related to subtitling process, which is one of the most concrete examples of the hands-on training at EMU Translation and Interpreting Department that aims to meet the expectations of the sector, some of the recent period movies for different tastes will be presented between 25-27 December.
